Delivery & Service Fulfilment Policy

Entity: Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP (“Kinderbrainer”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
1. Overview
This Delivery & Service Fulfilment Policy explains how Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP manages the dispatch, shipment, and completion of its educational kits, 3D-printed products, digital services, and event participation.
By placing an order or registering for a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after successful payment verification.
Custom or made-to-order 3D-printed products, educational kits, or large institutional consignments may require additional processing time (typically 7–15 working days).
Digital resources (PDFs, CAD files, or online course access) are delivered electronically via email or secure download links once payment is confirmed.
Competition registration or workshop booking confirmations are sent within 48 hours of payment realization.
Kinderbrainer reserves the right to delay or cancel dispatch if manufacturing materials, 3D printing queues, or courier services are impacted by Force Majeure or supply-chain limitations. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and refunded if the order cannot be completed.
3. Shipping & Courier Partners
Deliveries are made through verified national and international courier/logistics partners (e.g., India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.).
Customers will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with the tracking number once dispatched.
Shipping timelines vary by location (generally 3–10 working days within India).
Shipping delays caused by courier errors, local holidays, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond Kinderbrainer’s control. We will assist you in following up, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a shipment is in transit.
4. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code, contact number, and landmark details.
Courier delivery attempts will typically be made twice; unreceived parcels will be marked “Return to Origin (RTO)”.
Reshipping such returned parcels may incur additional shipping or handling charges.
Kinderbrainer is not liable for losses, delays, or failed deliveries resulting from:
Incomplete or incorrect addresses,
Recipient unavailability, or
Unclaimed parcels.
5. Risk & Ownership
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address or institution authorized to receive it.
Until such delivery, Kinderbrainer bears the risk of damage or loss. After delivery, responsibility lies solely with the customer.
6. Delivery Verification
Customers are advised to inspect parcels at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, tampering, or shortage should be reported within 48 hours along with unboxing photos/videos and courier proof.
Claims raised beyond this window may not qualify for investigation or compensation.
7. Delivery of Services & Digital Content
Access to digital files, workshops, and competitions will be delivered electronically (via email, link, or LMS).
The customer is responsible for maintaining a working email and checking spam folders.
Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, it is deemed delivered and non-refundable.
8. Educational Events, Workshops & Competitions
Events, workshops, and competitions facilitated or organized by Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP are delivered as per the announced schedule, subject to availability and minimum participant count.
Venue, format, and faculty may change at Kinderbrainer’s discretion to ensure program quality.
Participation confirmation is valid only after full payment realization and acknowledgment.
Integration of Mid-Graduate Students
From time to time, Kinderbrainer integrates mid-graduate engineering or related-field students (from partner colleges or training programs) into events or competitions as facilitators, mentors, or learning associates.
Their engagement is:
Subject to availability, qualification screening, and performance standards;
Governed by confidentiality and supervision protocols;
Intended to enhance participant experience without altering the event’s educational or competitive integrity.
Participants acknowledge that these student facilitators operate under Kinderbrainer’s supervision and their presence does not create any employment, liability, or warranty relationship between the participant and the facilitator.
9. Delivery Failures or No-Service Scenarios
In rare cases where Kinderbrainer:
Cannot deliver a product due to stock unavailability, logistical restriction, or discontinuation; or
Cannot conduct a paid competition, workshop, or event due to unavoidable reasons,
then Kinderbrainer’s liability is limited to a full refund of the product value or registration fee paid.
No additional damages, interest, or consequential claims shall be entertained for delivery delays or service non-fulfilment.
10. International Shipments
International orders are subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, and carrier regulations, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs clearance delays or charges are outside Kinderbrainer’s control.
11. Force Majeure
In events of natural disasters, strikes, transportation shutdowns, pandemics, power failures, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions, delivery and service timelines may extend or pause.
Such situations will not constitute a breach of contract, and Kinderbrainer’s obligation will be limited to fulfilling or refunding as feasible.
12. Limitation of Liability
Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from third-party courier failures,
Late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control,
Misuse, modification, or damage after delivery, or
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the product or service ordered.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
All matters arising under this Delivery & Fulfilment Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Any dispute, claim, or legal notice must be first notified in writing to Kinderbrainer for amicable resolution.
