Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
(Effective from [20 October 2025])
Entity: Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP (“Kinderbrainer”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
1. Overview
We strive to deliver each Kinderbrainer Kit, 3D-Printed Product, and Learning Resource in perfect condition.
However, returns or replacements are considered only under valid circumstances and after complete verification.
This policy applies to all online and offline purchases, competition registrations, and customized fabrication orders.
2. General Conditions for Returns
A return will be accepted only if all the following criteria are met:
A valid return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and retains its original packaging, manuals, and inserts.
The customer provides unboxing photos/videos clearly showing product condition and packaging.
A valid invoice/order confirmation accompanies the return request.
The issue is verified and acknowledged in writing by our Support Team.
Note: Returns without prior approval or unauthorized shipments to our warehouse will be automatically rejected and no refund will be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized or personalized 3D-printed products (printed as per files, dimensions, or colors shared by the customer).
Digital content, downloadable STL/STEP/CAD files, or educational materials accessed online.
Opened or used electronic components, sensors, or consumables.
Competition registrations, unless the event is cancelled or postponed by Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP.
Items returned without original packaging or safety seals.
4. Valid Scenarios for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are considered only in the following verified cases:
Wrong Item Shipped: Item differs from what was ordered (verified against order number and SKU).
Manufacturing Defect: Structural damage or functional failure under normal use reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Transit Damage: Physical damage visible upon delivery, reported within 48 hours with courier acknowledgment and photo evidence.
Incomplete Delivery: Missing components or items, subject to internal verification and packing records.
In such cases, Kinderbrainer’s responsibility is limited to:
Replacement of the defective or incorrect item, or
Refund of the product value (exclusive of shipping, COD, or handling charges).
5. Return & Verification Procedure
Raise a return request via email (kinderbrainerlab@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 97687 05705) within the specified timeframe.
Provide order details, photographs, and an explanation of the issue.
Await acknowledgment and instructions from our Support Team — do not ship the item until directed.
Once approved, you’ll receive the registered return address and shipment method.
Replacement/refund is processed only after the product is received, inspected, and verified at our registered facility.
Important: Items returned to an incorrect or unauthorized address will be deemed lost due to customer negligence, and no refund/replacement shall be provided.
6. Product Inspection & Verification
Returned products undergo a multi-stage inspection to verify:
Authenticity of the claim,
Originality of parts, components, and serial numbers,
Physical condition and signs of use or tampering.
Any tampered, incomplete, damaged, or used item will void eligibility for refund/replacement.
7. Refund Policy
Upon successful inspection and approval:
Standard Products: Refund of product value only (excluding shipping or COD charges).
Competitions/Workshops: Refund of registration fee if the event was cancelled by Kinderbrainer.
No-Service Scenarios: If Kinderbrainer is unable to deliver or fulfil a confirmed order/service, a full refund of the paid amount will be initiated.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval, subject to banking timelines.
8. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If a product is lost in transit before reaching the customer, Kinderbrainer will initiate a replacement or refund after courier investigation.
Kinderbrainer is not liable for:
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Negligent handling or repackaging of items during customer return shipments.
Loss or damage due to improper courier service chosen by the customer.
The customer bears the risk of loss until the product reaches our registered facility.
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Return Claims
To protect the integrity of our process:
Any claim found to be false, fabricated, or malicious will be rejected immediately, and further service to such users may be suspended permanently.
Repeated false claims, altered invoices, or manipulated evidence shall invite legal action under Sections 415–420 of the Indian Penal Code (Cheating & Misrepresentation) and Sections 65–66 of the IT Act 2000 for electronic fraud.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
All 3D-printed parts, electronic components, and consumables are subject to natural wear and tear and do not carry performance warranties unless explicitly stated.
Improper handling, modification, or misuse of products voids any eligibility for replacement or refund.
11. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances — natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or government restrictions — processing times may extend.
Our liability in such situations is limited to a refund of the product value or rescheduling of the service, whichever applies.
12. Limitation of Liability
Kinderbrainer by Flextime Solutions LLP shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or delay damages.
Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the refund of the product value or competition fee paid by the customer.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from this Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Any party found submitting fraudulent claims or defamatory statements may be pursued under applicable civil and criminal provisions.
