If you’ve purchased a Kinderbrainer Kit, 3D-printed model, or learning material, please:

  1. Check the printed User Manual / Experiment Guide included in your box.

  2. Visit the “Resources” or “Downloads” section on our website for additional setup tips, safety notes, and experiment videos.

  3. Ensure adult supervision for all hands-on activities and strictly follow the safety instructions before use.

🧠 For Competition Participation

If you’ve registered for any Kinderbrainer Innovation Challenge, Design Contest, or Workshop:

  1. Keep your registration confirmation email or WhatsApp message handy.

  2. Follow submission formats and deadlines mentioned in the competition guide.

  3. Technical or submission-related issues can be reported with screenshots or order references.

🖨️ For 3D Printing Requests or Custom Designs

If you’ve shared your own CAD/STL/STEP files for fabrication:

  • Make sure your design complies with IP and copyright norms.

  • Mention material, color, and scale preferences clearly in your order or email.

  • We’ll review feasibility and revert before initiating production.

đź’° For Orders, Returns, or Payment Queries

  • You can track order status through your purchase confirmation details.

  • For return or replacement eligibility, please refer to our Return Policy section.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are initiated after inspection and processed to your original payment method.
